I loved that book. The humor was witty. The characters were really likable. If only Selena's parents would have told her the truth about her birth parents. None of this would have happened. We all know what forbidding a teenager to do something causes, rebellion. Serena rebels against the rules she thinks are unfair. However, if she knew what would happen when she left Avalon, she would have stayed home. Instead she gets taken to another world to meet her birth father. And she is forced to do as he says.
